- Responsible for generating leads through Calling.
- Research, identify key students and generate interest in our online courses & services.
- Contact potential students via phone to establish report & convert leads into enrollment.
- Market the appropriate designated courses to all the leads generated through marketing efforts and any other sources of lead generation.
- Connect and follow up (by phone, email or in person) with all the existing and prospective customers informing them about the courses and closing the deals.
- Providing counselling and career advice to the prospective students on course selection.

- Responding to the various inquiries received regarding courses available

Operations Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the registration process for new and returning students.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and accurately entered into the system.
- Maintain up-to-date records of student information and registration status.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations regarding document handling and confidentiality.
- Address student inquiries related to loan applications, fee structures, and payment processes.
- Provide timely and accurate information to resolve issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to provide solutions and support.
- Conduct outbound calls to students for registration follow-ups, documentation reminders, and fee-related discussions.
- Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing any questions or issues raised by students.
